10-Day Trial Period
All Allen Banjos are delivered with a 10-day trial period included. In the event that the banjo is not what you want,
return the undamaged banjo for a prompt refund of the purchase price. You pay only the return shipping.

Warranty
Allen Banjos have a lifetime warranty to the original owner.

Clocks have a one year guarantee.

Back Orders

We try to keep our banjos in stock. Please call or email to determine if the model you wish to order is available. To reserve an out-of-stock banjo, we require a $500 deposit which is refundable after eight weeks. (Banjos take six to eight weeks from start to completion. Custom banjos with options like custom engraving, gold plating, etc. will take longer.) If you prefer not to place a deposit to reserve a banjo, we can notify you when your model is available. Customers who place a deposit on their banjo receive first priority.



A TKL top-of-the-line, thickly padded, plushed lined, arched top case is included with your purchase.
